Meet Your Teacher
Hi, I'm Lisa Marie, founder of HeartBloom Yoga. I first experienced yoga in 2013 and have maintained a consistent practice ever since. I began teaching in 2020 and have since woven it with my decade-plus experience working with plants as medicine and my work as a death doula.
I strive to bridge the grounded with the spiritual as we build resilient and earth-rooted webs of communal support.
