Spring Equinox Ceremony

About This Gathering

The Spring Equinox is a starting point, a new beginning as the light balances and we start to feel life-force pulsing through every living thing. We are reminded that life comes after death and we start to take action in new ways.

Our ceremony will be about honoring that sacred moment in time, so we can move through these seasonal thresholds with a grounded connection to our hearts.

Eight times a year, we gather at HeartBloom for seasonal ceremonies that weave yogic practices with the lessons of nature. We pair these ceremonies with an herbal ally to carry the season’s wisdom into our daily lives. We will be in circle as we move through guided practice, tune into the season and our plant allies, and have space for sharing and witnessing.

We move through the Wheel of the Year, celebrating the 4 seasonal anchor points of the year: Equinoxes and Solstices. In addition, we will gather for the 4 cross-quarter days, which mark the half way point between an Equinox and a Solstice, totaling 8 seasonal celebrations a year.

During these ceremonies you can expect things like: -Guided meditation and movement practices -Journaling prompts -Music -Guided journeys incorporating plants -Sharing circles, etc.
